Such bike was produced in Poland since the 1960s. We name it 'składak' - it means fold-up bike. By turning one lever, składak folds. As you can see, this small bike's still popular.
It's interesting that first fold-up bikes was made for Dutch army. Don't laugh! Army still uses them (more).
